I frequently look for potential candidates who I approach and offer my mentoring services to on a "Pro Bono" basis. My criteria are varied when it comes to choosing who I will offer thee services to for free. Usually there needs to be something about you or the way you are presenting yourself that catches my eye, by way of feeling you need some help, or that I see some great potential in you that is not being capitalised on.

I need to feel that you may be worthy of some "Pro Bono" time over someone that (as most people in the industry can afford to pay for some professional help), and mentoring.

If you catch my eye, I may  be in touch with you to offer you some free advice. I have done this for many people over the years, and am happy to say that many of them have landed great jobs soon after.
